Oliver Meza Canales

PhD in Public Policy from the Center for Economic Research and Teaching (CIDE). MA in Public Administration from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).He is currently research-professor in the Public Administration Division at CIDE Central Region. He is a member of the National System of Researchers (SNI) Level 1. He has worked as an advisor and consultant for various organizations such as Think Public-UK, Social Science Research Council-USA, Mexican Institute for Competitiveness, Common Cause, Mexicans United Against Delinquency); also for international organizations and entities (CAF, UNDP, UN-Habitat, World Bank, Hewlett Foundation, Embassy of the United Kingdom), and various entities of municipal and state governments. His main lines of research focus on public policies of subnational governments, metropolitan regions and policy analysis.
